Little Miss. C, Part Two

I met my cute little Valentine at the park for part two of her 1 year photo session...it was a cold but very sunny day! Little Miss. C was beyond adorable and had both mom and me cracking up the whole time - she was determined to make me work very hard for pictures and had no interest in looking at me or my camera! Our time together was fun and I think I got some good pictures for mom and dad...below is a sneak peek, hope you enjoy!

Little Miss. Valentine...

On Valentine's Day our family went to little Miss. C's 1st birthday celebration...which so happens to be her actual birthday, a little Valentine's day baby! C is baby sister to two big brothers, one of her older brothers is good buddies with my oldest! I remember last year when she was born...I thought it was so cool she was born on Valentine's day - especially since I am such a Valentine's Day person!

I decided to take a few shots of C tackling her cake, what a cutie...I am planning to take 1 year old pictures of her later this week - so stay tuned!

And so it begins...

Leslie Whitacre Photography is officially up and running! This has been something I have thought about for awhile and I finally decided to take the jump and do - start my own photography business!

My passion for photography really kicked in/off shortly after my first was born and even more so after my second was born - I found I just could not take enough pictures of my little men! Friends and family started saying, you know you really have an eye and you should think about taking pictures for a living. I thought to myself, they are all just being nice. However, as time passed on...more and more compliments came and went and my passion for photography continued to grow, I started thinking perhaps everyone I knew and loved were on to something...so that is how "Leslie Whitacre Photography" came about and began!

Over the last month, I have had the opportunity to take pictures for a few friends with new little babies...I did three newborn sessions and one three month session. All were super fun and all the babies were just too cute! Here is a quick look at what I caught, I hope you enjoy!
